By engaging with HTZ, you affirmatively declare your compliance with international regulations by acknowledging that you are not:

• Subject to any sanctions imposed by significant bodies such as the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), the United Nations Security Council, the European Union, Her Majesty’s Treasury, or any similar legal or regulatory authorities across jurisdictions.

• Included on any sanctions lists like the Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List (SDN List), Consolidated Sanctions List (Non-SDN Lists), or other lists maintained by OFAC.

• Situated, incorporated, or residing in any nation or territory under sanctions, specifically including but not limited to Ivory Coast, Cuba, Belarus, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, North Korea, Sudan, Russia, China, Algeria, Bangladesh, Egypt, Iraq, Morocco, Nepal, Qatar, Tunisia, Syria, Eritrea, Guinea, Kazakhstan, Afghanistan, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Niger, Pakistan, Sudan, Turkmenistan, and Venezuela.

• Holding residency or citizenship within Canada, Switzerland, or the United States of America.
